Our Shipping Policy

Age Requirement

The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is at least 21 years of age. We always reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order. 

An adult signature is required at time of delivery and proof of age is required. A person over the age of 21 must be available to sign for delivery, and if no one of legal age is available to sign at time of delivery, the delivery will not be left. We do not ship wine to PO boxes.

Please be aware that WE DO NOT SHIP WINE OR SPIRITS OUTSIDE OF NEW YORK STATE. The title to purchased wine or spirits transfers to purchaser at time of purchase. Applicable sales tax will be applied based on the sellers location.
